Fitness
Record what you actually completed. Weights are in pounds (lb). Your library, sessions and feedback stay in this browser and travel with your journal backup.
Getting started
- Explore an example.
See eight fictional sessions across four weeks, with charts and tables. Examples are never saved or included in backups. Use “Exit sample preview” to return to your own sessions.
- Create or import your workout.
A workout is an undated plan you can use again. Name it, choose categories and add exercises, groups and planned targets. Or import a workout file from your coach.
- Review your exercises and plan.
Check equipment, weights in pounds, rep ranges, rest and per-side settings. The exercise library includes descriptions, muscles worked and optional demonstration links.
- Start a dated session.
Choose a saved workout for today, then enter your actual reps, weight, time or distance. Mark finished sets “Completed” and save. Planned targets and last comparable results are shown separately. You can also start a blank session.
- Review what changed.
In Progress, choose an exercise with completed sets. Compare the same equipment and settings. For example, match reps to compare weight at the same rep count.
Keep a separate copy: open and download a JSON backup. Your sessions stay in this browser; they do not sync automatically.
Sample preview — fictional data. Charts and tables show examples only. This is not a training plan. Return to your sessions to log or edit your own work.
Start today’s session
Choose a saved workout, confirm the date, then record what you actually complete. Your plan and previous results remain separate.
My Workouts
Build a reusable plan once. Start a separate dated session each time you do it.
Import a coach’s workout file
Download the file from your coach’s message, then choose it here. Review the plan before saving. Exercise definitions that differ from your library are kept separately; your existing definitions and past sessions stay unchanged.
Review incoming workouts
Only plans and exercise definitions are imported. No results are marked complete. Replacing a workout does not change earlier sessions.
Start from an example workout structure
Optional, editable structures show how to organize a workout. They are not individualized training plans. Review exercises, weights and targets with your coach. Nothing is saved until you choose Save workout.
To share: select one or more saved workouts and download a workout file. Post it in your usual team chat or send it yourself. The file includes the workout instructions and exercise demonstration links; completed session results, performance videos and personal feedback are excluded. Share files only with people you choose. Keep a separate journal backup in Your Data.

Progress
Review completed sets and coach cues over time. Compare the same exercise settings; more weight or reps alone does not describe technique or overall progress.
Choose weight and match reps to compare load at the same rep count. Choose reps and match weight to compare repetitions at the same load. Older sets stay unclassified until you label them.

Your Data
Keep a backup.
Take it wherever you go next.
Download your journal.
A backup includes every saved note, competition result and reflection, technique link, exercise definition, fitness session, video moment, coach feedback link, and cue. Video files are not included. Keep it in your Files folder, your own drive, or another device.
JSON backups support up to 10,000 entries and 10 MB. Larger journals stay saved here; download a readable copy (.txt) to keep all entries. The text file opens without this website or app. Downloads stay under your control; keep them private.
Restore a backup.
Choose a journal JSON backup from this or another device. We add its entries to this browser. Existing entries stay; conflicting versions are kept as separate entries.
